GUYS....hard times for AoW

Hi Guys


for all who dont know...
im in that clan since it exists i got recruiter, Co Leader and then Leader.........i made the clan big....
but i heard about that you guys start a new server with new leaders...i understand...really......but if you think there is no place for me in new aow....then make a new clan....


i just fell like this isnt aow.....its a new clan....old aow was better definitly better.....
wutever guys let me hear wut you think...........
who are owners?
who wil be the leaders?

i understand ur feeling.
u are a person who deserves respect,
but i have seen this COUNTLESS times before
that a clan like this or in any other way,
dies simply becouse the clan is to big or doesnt
have its servers anymore or the leaders are messing up the clan(not here)
same as my last clan that the server was hacked the leader tried everything
to save his servers, then a good friend of him tried to help and made for him a server
he was so disthought about help and anything, he didnt saw that is was no trying to take over
clan or trying to overthrow him and he stopped site he stopped everything.

thats why i do not want to see that happen again and seeing this clan,
that is not even bonded just becouse of the clan was organised....

for example:
if u wanted to join, no joining aplication its if the recruiter or higher thinks u are good.
(SO SKILLS) u can join. and if u look at how it should be done u get a good working clan
that isnt run on skills but on ur way of thinking. they didnt earn there levels by getting respect
and beeing nice...no they got it for there skills.
and with that u get a skill reflex. maybe ur friend hated him or something, and u recruited him
and with that u get abusement.

thats why i want to help...
the clan can be a closebonded friendship group
based on respect and not skill.
that makes a true clan, thats where the best players
in ET come from.

Jaden, i see ur greef and ur anger against me,
but what i am doing is making shure this clan will survive and become stronger.
there is place for everyone in it.
and there will be made shure that even u gets ur rights.
